Textainer (NYSE: TGH) is the number one shipping container lessor in the world. Textainer manages a fleet of 3 million containers and provides them to all shipping lines. With offices throughout the world they are also the world’s largest seller of used containers.



TAL International (NYSE: TAL) is one of the original companies in the shipping container leasing business. TAL is a world leader with offices and facilities in 40 countries; conducts business with every major shipping line.



SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd, (NASDAQ: BOX), a leader in the field, with a fleet of over 700,000 containers under management. SeaCube is the world’s number one lessor of refrigerated containers with 28% of the market.



Touax, listed in the French Stock Exchange. Touax is the largest shipping container lessor in Europe and 9th in the world. Controls 3.6% of the market. Clients include the world’s largest shipping lines. Net income is distributed to investors; manages 600,000 containers.



Pacific Tycoon, has a client base of 7,200 container owners, making it one of the biggest companies today. The Company is based in Hong-Kong, and given that 8 of the world’s major ports are located in Asia this is an important advantage since most of the worlds shipping containers are being managed in the Far East. Pacific Tycoon leverages the overwhelming strength of the economic surroundings to the advantage of container investors. Pacific Tycoon investors receive a guaranteed monthly return on their investment. Furthermore, the company also manages the full operational responsibility of their shipping container fleet (including containers belonging to investors), both on land and at sea.




Beacon Intermodal Leasing, Beacon invests in both dry and refrigerated containers, expecting significant portfolio growth as the world's container fleet continues to expand. The company specializes in offering tailored leasing options for both dry and refrigerated containers to the world's shipping companies. Beacon Intermodal Leasing, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston-based BTMU Capital Corporation (BTMUCC).

 



CAI International is an intermodal freight container leasing and management company. Intermodal freight containers are used to transport cargo by ship, rail, or truck and rail. A portion of the container fleet is owned by CAI and the rest is being owned by investors that allow the company to manage the containers. The company has an international network of offices.




Cronos Founded in 1978, Cronos Group is one of the largest owners of containers, specializedin  container equipment. Cronos leases, designs and sells intermodal equipment on a global scale to over 400 customers in a wide variety of industries.




Dong Fang International (DFII)  is  an international container leasing, trading and management company based in Hong Kong, providing all types of leasing arrangements including Long-term Operating Leases, Lease Purchase, etc. The equipment fleet mainly comprises of 20' standard dry, 40' standard dry, 40' high cube and 40’high cube refrigerated containers 

Seaco Ltd is a Bermuda based shipping container investment and leasing group, formed in February 2009 to hold the container leasing investments of Sea Containers Group.


Triton Container International Triton is a full-service global leasing company. Since 1980, Triton has focused on designing and maintaining a superior quality fleet, providing first-class customer service, and maintaining a selective lessee portfolio.

 
Orca, one of South Africa’s oldest tank container management companies. Initially the company managed a fleet of tank containers owned by the shareholder, but in 1991 the investment was offered to external investors. Orca focuses on the management of tank containers, from specifying and procuring them to leasing them in the international transportation marketplace. Purchasing a tank container provides a watertight way of investing South African Rands directly into the global market and earning revenues.
